   ST JAMES, ST MARY'S & ST BOTOLPH'S CHURCH WELCOME SHEET - 18TH OCTOBER    18 October, 2020

The Benefice of St. James, High Wych,

St. Mary, Gilston and St. Botolph, Eastwick

Sunday 18th October – Luke the Evangelist

9.30am Holy Communion, St James, High Wych  

Today our service will be conducted by Rev’d Tim Weeks

A very warm welcome to everybody, especially if you are a visitor to any of our churches

The service will be streamed and broadcasted at approximately the same time as the live service is taking place. The services will also be available online afterwards.

Sarah Bagnall leads evening prayer on Tuesdays and Fridays at 6.30pm, in St Botolph’s Church and St. Mary’s Church. These services are streamed

Benefice churches are opening for private prayer.  St James is open on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 2pm until 4pm. An information notice is displayed inside and outside the church.

For advice on opening St Botolph’s and St Mary’s Churches, for private prayer.  Please contact Sarah Bagnall who will advise. 

Please continue to pray that the Coronavirus pandemic will return to a manageable level and restrictions can be safely lifted.  Stay safe and care for yourselves and others.

It is necessary to wear face covering in church buildings –Choirs are permitted sing in church buildings; unfortunately, the congregation are not permitted to do so.

The High Wych Annual Meeting of Parishioners and APCM of the PCC is TODAY Sunday 18th October at 10.45am

The All Souls Service is at St James. On Sunday 1st November at 4.30pm

A list of the departed is at the back of St James Church, please add or amend as appropriate, these are the names that will be read out and remembered during the All Souls Service.

God of Mission send your Holy Spirit to give vision to our planning, wisdom to our actions, and power to our witness. Help our churches grow in numbers, in spiritual commitment to you and service to our local community, through Jesus Christ our Lord.  Amen
