The Benefice of St. James, High Wych,

St. Mary, Gilston and St. Botolph, Eastwick

Sunday 23rd August – Eleventh Sunday after Trinity

9.30am Holy Communion, St James, High Wych

11.15am Holy Communion, St Botolph’s, Eastwick

One of these services will be streamed and broadcasted at approximately the same time as the live service is taking place. The service will also be available online afterwards.

Sarah Bagnall leads evening prayer on Tuesdays and Fridays at 6.30pm, in St Botolph’s Church and St. Mary’s Church. These services are streamed

Benefice churches are opening for private prayer.  St James is open on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 2pm until 4pm. An information notice is displayed inside and outside the church.

For advice on opening St Botolph’s and St Mary’s Churches, for private prayer.  Please contact Sarah Bagnall who will advise. 

Please continue to pray that the Coronavirus pandemic will continue to decrease.  Stay safe and care for yourselves and others.

    It is now necessary to wear face covering in church buildings – small choirs can sing in churches, the congregation cannot.

    Notice – The Harvest Service at St James on 20th September has been moved to 11.00am, followed by a bring your own picnic lunch.  (restrictions at the time permitting)

    Tuesday afternoons 2.30 to 4pm

    A social group meets up outside St James west door for friendship and chat.  Bring your own chair.

    God of Mission send your Holy Spirit to give vision to our planning, wisdom to our actions, and power to our witness. Help our churches grow in numbers, in spiritual commitment to you and service to our local community, through Jesus Christ our Lord.  Amen
