Sunday 22nd March – 4th Sunday of Lent.

22nd March is Mothering Sunday, unfortunately due to the Coronavirus outbreak all three of the Benefice churches, St Mary’s, Gilston, St Botolph’s, Eastwick, and St James, High Wych will be closed for this service and all following services for the foreseeable future.  However, an attempt to live stream the Mothering Sunday service taken by the Archdeacon of Hertford and will be available on the St James, High Wych and Gilston with Eastwick Faceboook pages.

It is planned that St James will be opened during the day. St Botolph’s Church, Eastwick will be open on Tuesdays and St Marys Church Gilston on Fridays from 6.30pm to 7.30pm for quiet contemplation and personal prayer. And you are very welcome to make use of all  these facilities.  .

We ask that if another person is in church at the same time as you, keep safe and stay apart, giving a smile and a wave. And please pray that we may all be worshipping together again soon.
