   TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF THE EXISTING 7.5 TONNES WEIGHT RESTRICTION    November 5, 2012

 

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intend to make an Order under Section 14[1] of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to temporarily suspend the existing 7.5 tonnes (mgw) weight restriction on that length of Eastwick Road, Eastwick/Pye Corner, Gilston/High Wych Road, High Wych and Sawbridgeworth from its junction with the A414 Eastwick Road/A414 Fifth Avenue roundabout north eastwards and eastwards to its junction with A1184 Harlow Road to enable all traffic to use this length of road, whilst works are in progress.

 

The purpose of the Order is to enable improvement works to the A414 Burnt Mill roundabout to take place.

 

The weight restriction will be temporarily suspended during the period 5 November 2012 and 5 November 2013, when the existing weight restriction signs are covered.
