WARM WELCOME

VILLAGE HALL, PYE CORNER, GILSTON

The Village Hall has elected to provide a warm and social space for people during the months of January and February.  It will be supported by the Gilston with Eastwick Church’s and Eastwick and Gilston Parish Council.

This space will be available on Mondays from 12.00noon to 8.00pm.  It may be possible to offer other evenings and afternoons with extra volunteers for a small number of people.  This will largely depend on demand and volunteers.  This initiative will begin on Monday January 9th 2023.

We hope to offer a warm space where people can socialise as well as keep warm. Coffee and snacks will be available and board games etc and a quieter area for working.

The kitchen area will be available for people to pre-prepare food if required.

Unattended children cannot be allowed.

VOLUNTEERS are still welcomed. No one will be working alone and there is no expectation to offer any advice to visitors.
